Problem solved,
I've added environment variable to the task
environment:
LANG: en_US.UTF8
and it works !

Thanks for the report. For the record, what was the locale that was causing this failure? I can try to reproduce it and possibly find a solution so it does not exit the hard way.

Our servers are supposed to be set up with fr_FR.UTF8 . While looking for the cause
of this error, I went through the python scripts and files in the package, and found
that the EULA file did indeed contain non-ASCII characters, which I think
is causing the error I encountered.
Tomorrow I could attach the EULA file so that you can compare with the sources

No need, thanks, our EULA indeed contained non-ASCII chars. Fix in #162.
We actually had an oudated EULA so thanks for making me look at it :)
I'll test if the fr_FR.UTF8 does not cause problems later in the tool execution.

when the next version is available i will download it and use it to do most

I've tried the conversion with the latest version 0.16 with the french locale and it seems to work fine now.
