Sadly, it's still WIP, so it's not possible right now. It's just buttons, but there is no machinery behind, and you shouldn't be able to see them unless you've built the categories branch, which is under development.

If it comes to nwg-launchers, @Siborgium it the supreme authority. But please tell me more about the feature missing from the drawer:
that project don't have the desktop folder selection present in nwggrid
