Missing assets about pueue HOT 4 CLOSED

Damn. Same problem as last time.

upx crashes on the pueue binary :| . This only happens in the CI environment though. Trying to do the exact same thing with the same upx version works perfectly fine on my own development machine.
Luckily v4.0 has been recently released. I hope that this will go away with the new version.

I'm going to create those binaries by hand and upload them later today :)
