I'm unable to reproduce the problem. Maybe you can send me the solution? Here's what mine reports given the code you posted above:

C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\Visual Studio 2010\Projects\NSpec>NSpecRunner\bin\Debug\NSpecRunner.exe SeleniumBug\bin\Debug\SeleniumBug.dll

describe google
  before all
given i want to search at google
should have Google Search button at the home page
when submitting with "kittens" in the search box
should have "q=kittens" on the query string

Two issues:

  1. NSpec doesn't have support for before_all at this time. It can certainly be added. Please open a separate issue to request before_all and after_all features.
  2. After looking at this some more. I think this is a combination of using selenium + NSpec + Portuguese (something other than English). Hopefully I can reproduce the problem and get it fixed.
