Hi,
To be honest I didnt even think of this (I dont own an ESP32, the development was supported by the community). I cannot find anything about making it work with the Arduino IDE, which I also dont have. I did fine there instuctions for uploading on Platform IO.
Please let me know if this works for you, or you find a way to make it work with the Arduino IDE.

I've solved.
You need to use the tool created for ESP32: https://github.com/me-no-dev/arduino-esp32fs-plugin
Update the readme file by including this tool to be used for ESP32
