Usually no but in some scenarios, it can increase P2P download ratio. I see two such cases:

  1. High availability via redundancy. Using multiple trackers is good because if one fails/glitches/goes offline others may still function. Particularly if you use public trackers that are out of your control. In case of no trackers that function, you will get 0% P2P download ratio and 100% over CDN.

  2. If for some reason different trackers contain a different list of peers for the same video stream using multiple trackers will result in more peers. More peers usually mean better P2P download ratio.
