Hey, sorry it took a while to answer you. I think you would want to call _toggleDisplay() after you set minimized to true. 👍

Sorry, but I dont quite get it (still trying to improve my js knowledge).
Could you please tell me on which line exactly I have to put _toggleDisplay() ?

If I could make a suggestion here: best practise for this would be to be able to set this as an option.
For example collapsedonload with true/false as parameter

Another question: are there any licensing restrictions for using your plugin? (credits text+backlink goes without saying)

I meant to add it to the line after _this.minimized = true; that you had in your example. There are no other restrictions than the BSD license, so credit to Norkart AS & contributors and backlink would be fine. :)

got it - by chaning the following code:

addTo: function (map) {
    L.Control.prototype.addTo.call(this, map);
    this._miniMap.setView(this._mainMap.getCenter(), this._decideZoom(true));
    this._setDisplay(this._decideMinimized());
    this._minimize();
    return this;
},

thx again!
