Hi!
It looks like you did a great job already.
I have no idea why this would happen, I would have to look at the code to see that:
- does
getDirectoryContents
give you something different than it does for me? - do you construct the
NonEmptyCursor
differently?

My code
does
getDirectoryContents
give you something different than it does for me?
Yes, getDirectoryContents
shows not well sorted paths.
from tui-base.
@willbasky Then there's really not much that I can do. I suggest you sort
the list however you want it to be sorted. Let me know if you ever figure out why this happens!
from tui-base.
@NorfairKing It depends on OS. I guess you have a MacOS, haven`t you? So, forced sorting is required.

To fix
- Swap POC constructors.
data POC = Directory FilePath | File FilePath -- swap
deriving (Show, Eq, Ord)
- Add
NE.sort
tobuildInitialState
...
Just ne -> pure TuiState {tuiStatePaths = makeNonEmptyCursor $ NE.sort ne}
from tui-base.
I'm using arch linux, but nice that you found a fix! Thanks for letting me know!
