how to set up node.js express about help HOT 8 CLOSED

Look here, the latest version is 4.13.3. Is there a reason you need to install an older version? The 4.x releases are backwards compatible as far as I understand it.

Yes, I'm sure. Using visual studio and IIS Express is much easier.
