I lean towards not including a calendar in any of the books. It is extremely annoying to make, and I fail to see what purpose it serves, I guess for establishing the ordo it's marginally faster to look at it rather than into the book? (but one would not have to look into the book, the sanctoral ribbon is already at today's date)
