另外 nocalhost server 并不是一定要部署，nocalhost 最小化支持仅 IDE 插件即可使用

这里的kubeconfig 是指服务器的吗？

@long0419 这里的 kubeconfig 指的是你需要部署的 k8s 集群的 kubeconfig，比如说你要部署到远端 k8s 集群，那么这里的 kubeconfig 就是远端 k8s 集群的 kubeconfig。你可以将目标 k8s 集群的 kubeconfig 先保存在本地，再使用命令安装。
