本地不需要编译代码。一般来说是等源码上传到容器中，再执行 go run main.go 之类的来编译启动，或者也可以用 air 来实现自动的 hotreload。

一般你在本地改完之后会立刻同步到集群里的 pod 。 然后运行 go run 就可以了。 或者你可以在本地变成 bin，然后在集群 pod 运行 bin
