  • Collaborated closely with the Gitlab Contributors Success Team to boost the retention rate of new contributors by implementing a multifaceted strategy.

  • Spearheaded efforts with the GDK team to establish a remote development environment accessible to every contributor, resulting in a seamless and inclusive development experience for the community.

  • Contributed to various critical GitLab projects, such as GitLab Agent for Kubernetes, Gitaly, GitLab Docs, and GitLab Handbook, by successfully resolving quick-win issues, thereby positively impacting the overall project progress.

  • Orchestrated a comprehensive UX study for GitLab, utilizing both local and cloud-based Integrated Development Environments (IDEs), and subsequently compiled a detailed report.

  • Notably, identified and addressed 80% of the identified gaps, significantly enhancing GitLab's overall contribution experience and usability.
