TGP and aiming A/G weapons about f16 HOT 4 CLOSED

States:

1. RDR lock, crosshair follow on inaccurate spot (TGP movement fixed on terrain). Arms get RDR lock minus.
2. No RDR lock, crosshair fixed (TGP movement fixed from aircraft). Arms get no lock.
3. TGP lock terrain, square follow designation (TGP movement fixed on terrain). Arms get GPS.
4. TGP lock vehicle, square follow vehicle (TGP movement inhibited). Loss of view goes to state 1/2. Arms get RDR lock plus.

Remove UNLOCK and replace with square around LOCK. And make LOCK toggle.
XMIT done automatically when pressing LOCK. Remove button.
Add ZOOM in/out buttons.

Target class:
Plus: accurate moving.
Minus: inaccurate moving.

Multiple target locking removed, its not really used anyway.

Process:

1. radar set vehicle to arms (common).
2. New method in radar sets accuracy plus. Inaccurate for A/G default, custom property in radar for that. 25-150 meters per axis seems okay.
3. New method in radar sets TGP GPS target. This overrides setting Target in arms.
