@suhassumukhv benepar_en is the same model as en_elmo_dev.95.21.pt. The main difference is that it's been converted into tensorflow format, and that it has been compressed to take up less space on disk (this involves rounding the weights slightly).

Could you provide more complete logs of the commands you ran and their output?

Generally, for commands like "pip install" the full output before and after the error message is needed to figure out what went wrong. Also, what version of anaconda and Python are you using, and where did you install anaconda from?
