Subscribed Calendars are not showing in the calendar app about calendar HOT 6 CLOSED

I had a very similar issue previously - by any chance you have enabled the app epubviewer? Disabling this app subscribed calendars works fine on my instance and not when enabled.

I think this is another issue related to improper proxy configuration. One way to bypass is to use OCC web or open developer console on Chrome and replay the enable request.
