Hi, unfortunately, it looks like you no longer have a supported license for NexoPOS 3.x.
However, we'll take a look at the issue. If we're able to reproduce it, we'll provide a fix. But if you would like us to take a look at your installation and provide quick support, you'll need to renew your support.
