There is no direct option for this purpose, but you can leave tests in paralel, and in setUp(), lock exclusively some file. Lock will be released after test end and another one can be runned. See Tester\Environment::lock()

@fprochazka We were talking about that with @dg and it needs to think out more things deeply (like annotation name, exact syntax and behaviour, implementation...). Let's pospone it for some next version since lock() helper works fine.
