Support directed links and link shapes about galapagos HOT 3 CLOSED

For direction indicator:

Whether a link is directed or not doesn't appear to be in the properties that modelruns is stores.

I believe it's stored in the link breed. So I'll have to serialize the link breed and read it out of there.

Link shapes is currently a non-starter because the linkShapesList passed to workspace is currently always just empty objects.
