Support UI for selecting from available NetLogo models about galapagos HOT 4 CLOSED

I'm not sure how to handle this -- haven't use Play or Scala before -- but it looks like the the simplest way to do this quickly might be to add a 'load' command similar to the existing halt command here to pass a modelName arg to nlController:

Just to update this issue:

In Teletortoise, you can currently open models with the /open command in chatter mode. You can see all available models using the /models command. So for instance:

/open Climate_Change

There are currently only 5 models in there, but issue #38 will result in the models library being supported.

As for a better UI to support this, I propose an autocomplete feature as that combines searching for and selecting a model. Doing a dropdown would be easier though.
