Windows: Fail gracefully and report a descriptive error when winfsp is not installed about securefs HOT 9 CLOSED

The person who reported the issue described the massage as saying "The work of the securefs.exe program is stopped."

The problem went away after they installed winfsp.

I think you can reproduce the crash by uninstalling winfsp and then running securefs.

Why not print the error on the terminal like the rest of the errors and let front ends figure out the error and respond the way they think its best to the user?

I would like Sirikali to be the one to report this error to its users because i think it serious enough and deserving to be translated to all supported languages.

The same string is perfectly fine. All i want in SiriKali is to be able to notice this specific error and generate a translatable string.
