Make it easier to build for people not used to gradle about asgard HOT 4 CLOSED

Gradle is not currently used to build, if you delve into build.gradle you'll see code related to license header management. The Gradle wrapper (gradlew) is the best way for an open source project made Gradle easier to use. Adding it to Asgard would be nice, but it might serve as a distraction from the real build. As a grails app, it uses grails conventions for building and testing.

So I guess this issue should be changed then to:

1. Document the build process for people who aren't familiar with grails, specifically how to go from a git clone to a war file.
2. Make the process as simple as possible so people can test and contribute easily.
