Sorry in case I overlooked something obvious: Is there an issue tracker?
How should I report these 3 failing tests (at least two of which are related to timezones)?

We're trying to get a public Jira set up, but it isn't ready yet. Please make a pull request for the tests that you figure out how to improve. I'm aware there are some tests with time zone dependencies, and I've only fixed them to work in Netflix and AWS servers so far (California and GMT) which isn't a very good solution now that Asgard is open source.
