另外输入文字后，点击右边的 取消 按钮。为什么没有事件通知？比如onClear事件？

目前的方案是用css把这个按钮隐藏了

还有一个问题，初始值不是空值的情况下，最左边的🔍图标被隐藏了

还有一个问题，有值的情况下，点击右边 x 号，onClear事件不会触发

  1. 现在Search组件没有暴露onClear事件，确实有点问题
  2. value 做成受控的也确实更合理些
    我们抽空修复下
