CppSQLite3Exception does not inherit std::exception about cppsqlite HOT 1 CLOSED

I am unsure if excluding the std exception header is intentional to keep header bloat small (the original docs for CppSQLite3.2 say this was to allow you to inherit into your own exception hierarchy?), but i would imagine it is worth the added file for the exception catching safety and if adding it to another exception hierarchy is expected, i would imagine it would be better for the programmer to change the std::exception inheritance with another class if necessary, that way the default is at least caught
