@karitotp @piligab We need to add new columns in provinces.csv and districts.csv something like for 2018: #50,
Years: 2004,2005,2009,2010,2014
Reference sites:
- https://afghanistanelectiondata.org/open
- http://wolesi.website/pve/page.aspx?Cat=101
Also, I think some internet navigations may help us.

from af-elections-data.
Summary for 2009 data
We added :
- province.csv:
totalPopulation totalPopulationMen totalPopulationWomen eccComplaints
- district.csv:
totalPopulation
from af-elections-data.
Base data for 2010
- province.csv:
eccComplaints
- district.csv: could not find anything
Base data for 2004
- So far, could not find any base data for provinces neither districts.
Question: For population data, Can we use the data from http://cso.gov.af/en/page/demography-and-socile-statistics/demograph-statistics/3897111?
from af-elections-data.
Base data for 2014
- provinces.csv:

- districts.csv:

,observersFirstRound
,observersRunOff
Base data for 2005
- provinces.csv:

Thanks @piligab @karitotp and @Rub21 for your work on this!
