I also have this issue now, content-type does not get updated on "request string" parameter replacements.
Edit: people who want a workaround: add a dummy value in a base replacement for the content-length header. This is to say if you replace the value of the content-length to 300000 it will appropriately replace and calculate the value for you as expected :|
