wheel is automatically installed in my virtualenv
$ virtualenv -p python3 venv
Running virtualenv with interpreter python3
New python executable in venv/bin/python3
Also creating executable in venv/bin/python
Installing setuptools, pip, wheel...done.
$ pip list
pip (9.0.1)
setuptools (38.4.0)
wheel (0.30.0)
$ python
Python 3.4.3 (default, Oct 14 2015, 20:28:29)
