Does not compile with go r60 9481 about rest HOT 2 CLOSED

You can check which version of go you have by:

6g -V

Replace 6g with the appropriate compiler (8g) if needed.

I think rest.go was last used with r57 or 58.

Pulled in r60 fixes from Pull Request 11 and updated the snips example (url variable to uri). The commit is tagged go.r60.3.

Also, the current golang version in Ubuntu 11.10 is r60.1:
