Looks like it's my fault. I suggested to do "killall -2 ruby" to stop the 
panel. But
this command also killed hw-daemon script. Need to start it again by the 
command:
ruby /opt/ovz-web-panel/utils/hw-daemon/hw-daemon.rb start

To me:
Need to implement proper start/stop script for panel to avoid killing of 
hw-daemon
(the topic of the new report). Results of all commands which were sent to 
hw-daemon
should be checked for errors (the topic of this report). And appropriate 
message in
UI should be shown.
