After trying to reproduce the queries, it turns out that the culprit is the free database.
It's a shared one so the generated user has restrictions on the db-wide tables ( I got the same error when loading the datasource in IntelliJ).
I migrated to a paid one and the remaining migrations ran fine :)

This is likely happening due to the the ORM code trying to validate via system tables that the n8n table user
is accessible.
Can you please try running n8n with these env variables, and share with us the logs after Starting migration RemoveResetPasswordColumns1690000000030
and before the permission denied
error.
