Solved by setting height.

headerRight: (<View style={{ height:'100%',justifyContent:'center',alignItems:'center',marginRight:10}}>
                <Menu
                    style={{height:400,overflow:'scroll'}}
                    ref={navigation.state.params && navigation.state.params.setMenuRef}
                    button={<TouchableOpacity onPress={() => { navigation.state.params.showMenu() }}><Text style={{ fontFamily: IconFont.fontName, color: 'white', fontSize: 24, textAlign: 'center',textAlignVertical: "center",}} >{IconFont.IconNames.kFilter}</Text></TouchableOpacity>}
                >
                    <ScrollView contentContainerStyle={{flex:1}} showsVerticalScrollIndicator={false}>
                    <MenuItem textStyle={{ fontSize: 16, color: textColor(0), alignSelf: 'center' }} style={{ padding: 2 }} onPress={() => selectMonth(0)}>All</MenuItem>
                    ..........
                    {/* <MenuDivider /> */}
                    </ScrollView>
                </Menu>
            </View>
            )
