There is a local peer discovery method to find clients to bootstrap from. But I do not know if it works properly. You can add bootstrap clients of course if needed.

Cool but can it work inside a lan with other pcs running nodes for it or does it need access to a tracker or bootstrap server

Maybe i shall do a YouTube video making a review of this im not gonna do it without out the permission of the developer though just in case he wants to keep this project sorta private

If it is working, it's on youtube; if it doesn't work, it's on youtube. :P
Anyway, it's open source. I do not think you need a permission, but it is nice to ask anyway.
