Improve GA snippet and jQuery fallback about html5-reset HOT 3 CLOSED

I'm of two minds about the improved Google snippet — I had originally included it, but then reverted back to the official version.

My thinking is that as our clients take over ownership of the templates we've built them, I'd rather leave third-party code intact, as provided by the third party. This removes any possible issues with the new snippet perhaps failing for some reason, and the third party (whoever they may be) refusing support because I've modified their code.

It seems like an unlikely scenario, but as I can't be there in the future to support everything I build, it seems prudent.

I will however push an update with the improved jQuery fallback.

You should update the Google CDN link to jQuery to reference the minified version (since HTML5 Reset doesn't use a build script like H5BP).
