Specify that libcudart.so.6.5 need to be in $LD_LIBRARY_PATH about 3 HOT 2 CLOSED

I've always assumed that mumax3 was loading the bundled CUDA libraries. Turns out from ldd that it was loading from my local CUDA folder, and running it with LD_LIBRARY_PATH= mumax3 yields an error.

I've just released v3.6.1, where mumax3-bootstrap is again included. This
sets LD_LIBARY_PATH for you so that the bundled cuda libraries are used.
When you run mumax3-cudaX.X manually, LD_LIBRARY_PATH is not touched and it
may use your system's cuda.
