Of course :
- Install fresh database and only
websiteaddon ; - Choose either Bootswatch or default theme ;
- Go to homepage, click
Edit; - Add a block ;
- Click a container, then
CUSTOMIZE; - Pick a background color, click on it ;
- It should come back to transparent background.
