I've completed migration of FetchXMLBuilder source code from initial repository by using CodePlex's svn endpoint and git-svn command line tool, that is available in git package by default.

The operation requires manual mapping of CodePlex users to GitHub users to achieve best result, but migration process almost automatic.

As you may notice, history is preserved fully, without any gaps.

I've already performed this migration for XrmToolBox as proof of concept, it took about half an hour to complete (due to volume of commits), but during my investigation I didn't map users. However it should not make any noticeable difference when it will be done with mapping.

I need to have XrmToolBox repository to be able set it as prerequisite for my Solution verifier.

I just created the repository yesterday. The source code is ready and will be uploaded during the week end or next week.
Moreover, I will create a github-page as a landing page for this tool

Sorry...

I've noticed, that author of commit is not assigned to correct GitHub user.

I solved this during my import. I can share approach I went, it involves some command line work, and a little bit of wait. Definitely if this information is important.

Not sure the information is so important for past commits...

Ok, I finished to reorganize the repository

I will certainly delete MsCrmTools.FetchXmlBuilder folder since Jonas Rapp developed the tool, so it doesn't need to be here anymore
