Add i18n / l10n about syntara HOT 17 CLOSED

It could translate it into Italian, Romanian and Ucrainian :) and even Russian

I had not planned to add this feature immediately, but as it is requested, so it seems like a good idea;)
@cilyaa yeah i can translate in french, you're french too, where do you come from? (i see on laravel.io, you know the forclaz^^)

Just let me 2-3 days to planned this features (never use i18n with L4), and let's go. If you have any suggestions (UI, etc), don't hesitate.

@MrJuliuss Yep, I'm french too, and from annecy. I did indeed post my request first on laravel's forum. But my account and my post have both been deleted. I'm a collateral damage from the hunt against spam on the forum i guess ^^;

@MrJuliuss Well "something like both" is the short answer :)
Anyway, do I close the issue seeing as the implementation is a WIP or do you prefer to close it when the next release is done ? I'm a bit new with Github and its customs...

@cilyaa @ionut-tanasa : i'm trying to change validators for to easily translate error messages : the last step, and you can translate in your language .

Last tests tomorrow and i release for EN/FR.
@ionut-tanasa you can begin translation for italian.
Please fetch i18n branch : all translations are in /src/lang///.
For validatiors messages, translation are only in french : /stc/lang/fr/validation.php (i kept basic messages for english)
