Yes. In fact, the vision you describe is essentially what I'm going for. The goal is to produce a module that works like a smart DM screen. The Character Name Generator was just my proof of concept. I needed to prove to myself that I and it could be done. I then shelved it while I focused on the low hanging fruit. I have been planning on creating a ROADMAP document to better clarify my vision, but have been putting it off. I'll move that up a little.
I'll take all the help I can get. I am not a programmer by trade, I'm a systems analyst. Which means I know what I need and no idea how to do it. :) I'm also new with GitHub and learning as I go. So bear with me as I try to come up to speed.

Great vision ! Your proof of concept can probably be optimised but it is already very clean and smart.
I am myself a data analyst so I work with code and Github (feel free to contact me if you need help whith that) but I don't have much experience with software development and javascript. However this project is a great way to learn new tricks !
Can't wait to see the full roadmap document, I'm sure you have other great ideas. It will also make it easier for me to help and sync my work with yours.
