The camera is now defined like this:
camera = new THREE.Camera( 75 /*fov*/, width / height /*aspect*/, 0.0001 /*near*/, 10000 /*far*/);
camera.position.z = 1000;
I think that's the main change. Take a close look to the examples for more details.
