Ich würde mit einer einfachen NPS (Net Promoter Score) Analyse starten.
Nach jedem Meeting eine Mail mit folgenden zwei Fragen an die Teilnehmer:
- Wie wahrscheinlich ist es, dass du dieses Meeting einem Mozillian weiterempfehlen wirst?“ Gemessen werden die Antworten auf einer Skala von 0 (unwahrscheinlich) bis 10 (äußerst wahrscheinlich).
- Optionale Zusatzfrage: Was müssen wir tun, um deine Antwort um zwei Punkte zu verbessern?
