It seems updating this list is not a 🚀 science, I hope to submit a pull request in a couple of days (I found about this list a couple of minutes ago, I didn't know previously it's so publicly available). However, I wonder how long will it take for the updated list to make it to the stable branch?

In theory this could reach release quickly because we are reading the list from https://code.cdn.mozilla.net/devices/devices.json which I think gets updated after running https://github.com/mozilla/simulated-devices/blob/master/deploy.sh

@martinbalfanz Do you have more details about the process to check a PR here and run the deploy script?

@soustruh @Lambdac0re any suggestions about which devices should be added to the list (or removed from it)? Thanks

I am sorry, I was very busy lately, but I hope I could get to this issue by Thursday. I think we should put the latest iPhones there, so 12/12 Pro Max/SE 2nd gen based on this list: https://www.ios-resolution.com/

I would also keep a few legacy iPhones there as their resolution, especially width is mostly very similar. As to the Android platform, I think covering a couple of Samsung devices should be enough, I suggest the latest S21/S21+ and also maybe A32/42/52/72, not very sure about their exact sizes.
