New logo for Mozilla Communities about opendesign HOT 6 OPEN

Hi! Here are some in my mind!
Kept the some parts of the old logo, essentially the dinosaurs and added the globe to resemble the diversity of communities!

I did not understand the change very well, then, in a single change, the source and in the other, the reconfiguration a little more to the common voice version and that the first one was more with the MDN logo

Hello @klhernandez42, I like it!
There is a problem though, the guidelines state that "When pairing the logo in a lockup always use Zilla SemiBold placed flush left above the wordmark. This is the recommended and primary setting for most products, projects, initiatives, partnerships, open standards, teams, internal products, communities, and events.". Can you please check & make the changes?

Meanwhile, I'll tag some people for feedback and see where we can go from there.
@barrosgeraldo @elioqoshi @AnXh3L0 the Mozilla Communities logo hasn't been refreshed since 2015.
