We also have http://status.lcip.org/ that we can add the other dev servers too and use the "notify" plugin
from fxa-dev.

from the meeting, 2 options here:
Option 1 : run functional tests against multiple environments (not just latest)
Option 2 : use the Status Page to check every server and make sure the changes applied correctly

@rfk not really, we need some monitoring tool for various things in the dev environment (a CI might not be the best choice here). something that pings https://oauth-latest.dev.lcip.org/console/login for instance and makes sure it returns 200
Maybe something like https://uptimerobot.com/
from fxa-dev.
