Missing sequence in fasta file about bad_mutations HOT 3 CLOSED

I'll look into why these files are failing to be made into BLAST databases. They look like normal files but I may have to do some checks for consistency.

There are missing proteins: header but not sequence. Once removed the the
database can be made.
