I built this project using visual studio 2019. Try downloading the community version of this first.
One issue you will run into is the required metro framework, it's included but make sure to compile it as a Release first, then remove the reference under VapeID, which is missing by default (I'll fix this eventually). Browse for it, find the compiled version you just built, and choose net 2.0 version. Once this is done, rebuild the project, and it should be all good to load the windows forms and run properly.
