Update Installer to official release of Apache Royale 0.9.7 and Nightly 0.9.8 about moonshine-sdk-installer HOT 12 CLOSED

@rat-moonshine Royale release has not been announced yet, but Nightly build 0.9.8 is available - please change that at least.

I see the Bamboo build implemented to deploy to nightly build area. So you should have the latest nightly builds as they compiles at Bamboo.

Yes, unfortunately the Windows build system seems stuck again. You should have macOS build, though.

I shall let know @JoelProminic on Windows build.

@rat-moonshine Royale website has been updated to 0.9.7

URLs updated for stable version of Royale SDK. However, I couldn't able to download a build yet from Bamboo to give a test due to slow connection.

I also see Windows' build system again stuck. @JoelProminic fixed this last day, he may needs to see this again.
