can load the scene from flash at startup with no problems, but crashes if the net is already running, and UI text buffers are scrambled. will try moving monome mgr into ctlnet_t

substantial update of scene manipulation logic seems to have gone away. i still fear that different builds may lay out the ctlnet_t structure differently, breaking scene files across builds. investigate finer control of struct layout with gcc and close this for now.

started seriously using the preset mechanism and this issue is back. belatedly realizing that many data classes need cleaner construction and copying methods instead of just using memcpy. (now issue #49 )
