Build front-end image on CI about modus HOT 4 CLOSED

It is indeed out of memory, and I have just figured out why. The rust image does not have a default cwd so it's building things in /, and I guess cargo probably tried to track changes of files in this (large) directory, since there is a build.rs.

Maybe I should also add cargo:rerun-if-changed=.git to the build.rs output... since it just gets the current commit. The default is to track all files.

Yeah, that is my best guess. I don't really understand why building outside succeeds but not inside Docker... But if we can't figure this out we can also just copy the binary into the image, instead of re-building in Docker.
