Error in eval(predvars, data, env) : object 'parch' not found about modelstudio HOT 5 CLOSED

So basicaly i didn't want to change the JOSS article in one week. The example works on the new version of DALEX, which should be on CRAN in a week. (I thought the new version would appear earlier)

install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("ModelOriented/DALEX")

will solve this issue. It is only a dataset change. I am sorry for this oversight.

This "demo not working without other installs" problem should be resolved soon. Currently the new version 0.4.9 of DALEX package is compiling on CRAN.

Then I received another error:

sh: /usr/lib/rstudio/bin/pandoc/pandoc: No such file or directory
Error: pandoc document conversion failed with error 127
In addition: Warning message:
In system(command) : error in running command
Error in getOption("page_viewer")(url) : 
  Error: pandoc document conversion failed with error 127

This was resolved by installing pandoc using my package manager but I thought I'd let you know that this might be a dependency.

Now it runs without any warnings/errors but I only get an empty window:

Wow, i hope that this is only a Rstudio version problem... What is the version of your Rstudio?

Does modelStudio( , viewer = "browser") work for you?

I use rstudio-desktop-bin 1.2.5001-1 (updated it to the latest version yesterday). It is likely possible that this is an issue with RStudio, so don't worry about it.
